2. Products and pricing
All prices shown are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge but minor variations from published figures may occur within stated tolerances. We reserve the right to discontinue products or alter specifications without prior notice.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are accepted subject to availability. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. Payment is required in full before dispatch. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Orders are subject to fraud prevention checks which may delay dispatch.
If an ordered product is unavailable we will contact you within 2 business days to offer an alternative, a back-order option, or a full refund.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship to EU member states and selected countries worldwide. Standard delivery time is 3–8 business days within the EU and 7–14 business days internationally. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; we will not be liable for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.
- Free shipping on orders over €500 within the EU.
- Flat rate €19 on EU orders under €500.
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Heavy items (speakers, turntables) may attract a surcharge.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We strongly recommend inspecting packaging before signing for delivery.
5. Returns and cancellations
You have the right to cancel an order and return products without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt (EU Consumer Rights Directive). Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Custom orders and special-finish items may not be eligible for return.
6. Warranty
All products are covered by a five-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
The warranty does not cover: accidental damage; damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorised repair; normal wear including stylus wear on cartridges; damage caused by operation outside rated parameters; cosmetic damage that does not affect performance.
To make a warranty claim, contact hello@decivax.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will arrange collection and repair at no cost to you. If repair is not feasible within 28 days we will offer a replacement or refund.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photographs, technical drawings, and graphics — is the property of [Legal entity — pending] or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
